I don’t know about you, but I feel like grilled chicken has a very narrow window between undercooked and charred. Anyone else have that problem?
Luckily, since this chicken is marinated, it grills up beautifully, and with the help of a handy meat thermometer you can have perfectly juicy chicken that you’ll want to make again and again. The real star of the show however is Real Salt’s Organic Lemon Pepper Seasoning which infuses the chicken with SO. MUCH. FLAVOR! Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
Marinade & Chicken
- 3 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 lemon zested & juiced
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. Real Salt Lemon Pepper
- 2 Chicken Breasts
Lemon Yogurt Dipping Sauce
- 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 med. lemon
- 1 tbsp. Real Salt Lemon Pepper
Instructions
For the Marinade and the Chicken

Puree garlic, lemon (zest and juice), and olive oil (using a blender, an immersion blender or hand mixer).

Add oregano and Real Salt Lemon Pepper, and pulse to combine.

Cut chicken breasts into thin strips, place on skewers, and marinate for 4-8 hours.

Once marinated. Grill chicken on low-medium heat for approximately 4-6 minutes per side, flipping once. Use a meat thermometer to monitor the temperature. Chicken is ready once internal temperature reaches 165 F.
For the Lemon Yogurt Dipping Sauce

To make the dipping sauce, whisk together yogurt, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Real Salt Lemon Pepper.
