Puree garlic, lemon (zest and juice), and olive oil (using a blender, an immersion blender or hand mixer).
Add oregano and Real Salt Lemon Pepper, and pulse to combine.
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips, place on skewers, and marinate for 4-8 hours.
Once marinated. Grill chicken on low-medium heat for approximately 4-6 minutes per side, flipping once. Use a meat thermometer to monitor the temperature. Chicken is ready once internal temperature reaches 165 F.
To make the dipping sauce, whisk together yogurt, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Real Salt Lemon Pepper.
