I don’t know about you, but I love me some good guacamole. There’s just something about it that is so unbelievably delicious. It’s hard to imagine a Mexican meal without it. When I’m having enchiladas or tacos, I love starting off with some guacamole and chips. When deciding which burgers I wanted to share with you, I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate guac on a burger. The result? Just as wonderful as I imagined!
Want my guac recipe? Well. I totally cheated! I bought this already prepared guacamole from my local Harmons grocery store. If you’ve ever been lucky enough to have any of Harmon’s fresh-made guac, you know it was the right choice. In fact, Harmons is also where I got all of my hamburger meat too. *No…this isn’t a sponsored post, I just LOVE the quality of everything I buy from Harmons, so I like to talk about it whenever I have the chance.
You know those Carl’s Jr. commercials with all of the yummy goodness oozing out from their hamburgers with just one bite? Yeah. That’s totally how this sandwich is. You better come prepared when you’re ready to eat this and wear a full on cape. It’s messy! Aren’t some of the most delicious meals the messiest? I think so! Go for it – take the plunge. Next time you grill, you’ve got to try this burger! Trust me. You won’t regret it!
