I’m so excited for todays recipe. This photo shoot was a blast. There are certain foods that are just so much more photogenic than others and this medley all worked so well together. I am dying for warm weather to come and stay forever. We’ve been teased with really comfortable Spring temps recently and it’s got me anxious for all things Spring and Summer. I don’t have a large selection, but if you haven’t seen my Sweet & Tart Strawberry Lemon, Peach Mango Lemonade, Tropical Candy Corn or Kiwi Limeade Popsicles all of them are worth checking out. I’m excited to add another to the archives today with these White Chocolate Dipped Kiwi Popsicles. A couple of things to note: 1. there is NO added sugar in these! Not even honey or agave or maple syrup. These are 100% fruit sweetened which makes me so thrilled. 2. The sprinkles that I used are DYE FREE!!! I’ve been so eager to get my hands on some dye-free sprinkles and I finally jumped over to Amazon last week and bought me some (thank you two-day shipping!). If you’re trying to clean up your ingredients in your pantry I highly recommend grabbing some of those – they are PERFECT!
Last week I entered a contest for Blendtec called the ‘Green Madness’ which can be likened to March Madness. There were eight of us that each initially shared a recipe on the Blendtec Facebook Page and Instagram. Based off of engagement, the four photos with the most likes, comments, and shares moved on to the next round. I honestly didn’t think I would move on and was pleasantly surprised when I did. THESE popsicles are my entry into round two that begins today at 2:00 PM MDT. So if you’ve got a spare second sometime in the next 48 hours, please go vote for my photo on FB or Insta to help me advance once more! I’d love you forever (I already do, but it would be a smidge few more brownie points). Either way, I hope you enjoy this delicious new recipe – keep it handy for when Summer rolls around, you’re going to need it!
