and can’t get enough of fresh fruit frozen sweet treats! Don’t get me wrong, I love a good slushy or icee.. but as I mentioned in my Frozen Strawberry Peach Lemonade, I just don’t have the calories to afford a high sugar content drink. So, I’ve found a great alternative: use the fruit as the sweetness with just a *touch* of natural sweetener – honey!
So peach is the flavor of the summer for me. Can you tell? The last time I went to Costco they were screaming at me to buy them. Ripe now? Oh GIMME! I was a sucker and bought two flats of them. Two flats? For TWO people? Am I crazy? No… I’m in LOVE! I can’t wait until I can get them from my local farmers market. That will be the best day ever. Mango was right next to the peaches – so I had to get them too. The flavors together? Pure bliss.
