During my demo, I also made one of my favorite granola recipes, my Honey Almond Granola Recipe. Once I whipped that up, I made my Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait with Honey Almond Granola. The point of the hour was to prove that with a little preparation you really can have a pretty rockin’ breakfast that’s not covered in sugar like the popular sugar-coated breakfast cereals or carb-heavy breakfast pastries that are all too often too convenient to grab. Tomorrow I’ll post the last recipe, and I’m pretty sure I save the best for last! Come back soon!

I love overnight oatmeal or refrigerator oatmeal (my son calls it cold porridge) and strawberry banana is my fav combo so not sure why I haven’t tried the two together yet! Smack to the forehead :) Thanks for sharing with us at Snickerdoodle Sunday!
