The thing is, the holidays are known for packing on the pounds on people and it doesn’t have to be like that. There are ways to enjoy the season without over indulging at every gathering or party. Making simple (and yummy) swaps can make all the difference – and trust me, the sacrifices are worth it in the end… and you’ll be thanking yourself later. What I love about this Spinach & Artichoke Lettuce Wraps Wreath is that it doesn’t feel like a sacrifice because it’s so light and fresh! I honestly wish I would have made two of them for my party because it was gobbled up so fast. Oh – and did I mention that it’s only five ingredients? Even with the present wrapping and movie watching I’d say you’ve got a little time for that!
