Ever heard of fluffernutter? If anything, it’s a super fun word to say! Basically it’s the combination of peanut butter & marshmallow. I decided to marry these two delicious ingredients into a sticky, ooey, gooey pull apart bread that is oh so decadent and extremely easy!
Fluffernutter Pull Apart Bread
Love peanut butter? Love marshmallow? This pull apart bread is a match made in heaven. It's perfectly ooey, gooey and wonderful!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Rhodes White Bread Loaf or 10-12 rolls, thawed yet still cold
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. marshmallow cream
- 6 tbsp. butter softened,
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar if you want to add a glaze, but perfectly ooey gooey without it.
Instructions

Roll loaf into a 12x16 rectangle. Spread evenly with softened butter. Then marshmallow cream. Then peanut butter. Lastly sprinkle evenly with granulated sugar.

Using a serrated knife or pizza cutter, cut dough in to even strips about 2 inches wide.

Carefully top one on top of another until they are all stacked.

Cut strips into squares. Squish each section of squares together in a loaf pan.

Cover and let rise until almost double. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes if browning too quickly. Cool in pan for a few minutes, loosen edges and then transfer to cool on baking rack.
