*Special thanks to Blendtec for generously providing the Blendtec Designer 725 Blender for this post, however all opinions as usual are my own.
You all know my mad love for my Blendtec blender. Mad, mad love. It is probably the most used item in my kitchen if I had to guess. I was thrilled to receive a new Blendtec Designer 725 Blender recently and have already dusted it off right away. One of the first recipes was these Healthy Snickers Bites. HELLO!!!!! Are you serious?! I’ve been wanting to do something like this for quite sometime. I love a Snickers candy bar, but I don’t love the ingredient list. So when making something similar but a whole lot more healthy at home is an option, I jump right on it!
I’m over on the Blendtec blog sharing this recipe with you. Jump over and check it out. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Also, I used these muffin cups which are regular size – but since then I’ve ordered these mini muffin cups to make more in the future. The bigger ones are so big that you really need to cut them in half (otherwise they are way too rich!). Just a heads up if you’re in the market for some cups that will work perfect for these yummy treats!
