We are nearing one of the biggest snacking days of the year. Are you ready? Super Bowl Sunday is quickly approaching and I’ve got the BEST quick & easy dip recipe for you! I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite combinations is the ‘sweet & salty’ combo. There’s just something about that pairing that goes hand in hand. One of my favorite brands of chips are the Food Should Taste Good variety. They have wholesome, pronounceable ingredients (and you know how I feel about ingredients…) and are delicious! When I was thinking about how I wanted to get ready for the big game day I knew I wanted a yummy dip to pair with a couple of my favorite Food Should Taste Good Tortilla Chips! I stumbled across this Honeyed Bleu Cheese and Thyme Dip on the Food Should Taste Good recipes page and knew I needed to try it. It just seemed like it would pair perfectly with the Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips (YUM! Do you KNOW of my love of all things sweet potato?)
Even if you aren’t a bleu cheese fan, I HIGHLY recommend you try this dip, it’s out of this world delicious! The little drizzle of honey adds just a enough sweetness to compliment the tasty salty chips perfectly! There are two different sweet potato chips you could use, one being the Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips, and the other the Original Sweet Potato kettle cooked chips. Both are great, but my preference would be the tortilla chips! You could also use the Multigrain Tortilla Chips too! So what are you doing for the game? I’ll tell you what, whether I pay attention to the score or not.. I’ll be paying attention to the snack table! Enjoy!

Great combination of flavors. I like to drizzle honey on blue cheese but never thought to make it into a dip. I’ll have to try this soon
