I have been wanting to try these for quite some time now. I always thought they looked so interesting and I was more intrigued to taste them. Breakfast being my favorite meal, I was excited to hopefully integrate a new item to add to my breakfast menu. This was awesome! I think more than anything it was neat to watch it bake. The sides rise in the pan while baking without flowing over somehow. Then when you take it out of the oven, as it cools the sides begin to curl inward. Fascinating. To serve this, once it cools you just slice it into squares and serve like french toast. It’s a keeper

I grew up eating german pancakes but we served them a bit differently. Next time you make them you should top them with sour cream and strawberry jam (preferably homemade). It’s amazing!
