There are times in life you just want a good sandwich. Is that too much to ask? Nope! This simple sandwich that I’ve got for you today is not only delicious but I’ve been introduced to a brand that I’ve fallen head over heels in love with! How have I never purchased Boar’s Head meat or cheeses before? You’ve got me! The other night I went to my local Harmons grocery store to pick up a few things and stopped by the deli counter. First of all, I love the service I get (and no, this is not a sponsored post – I was just that impressed). The gal helping me out was so helpful and so nice. I tasted a couple of things and bought five or six different meats and cheeses. In love I tell you. Not only were they delicious BUT Boar’s Head meats and cheeses do not contain fillers, by-products, artificial colors or flavors, trans fats and they are gluten-free. HELLO! Doesn’t that just scream YVONNE? Why yes, yes it does!
I could hardly wait to get home and make a sandwich with my yummy new discoveries! It’s simple. You hardly need a recipe. Every once in a while it’s nice to have a reminder…’oh yeah, that would make a good combo for a sandwich!’. I know I feel that way. I forget about some of the simplest meal ideas until someone reminds me. I enjoyed this with a bowl of fresh pineapple and was one happy camper. I hope you enjoy too!
