Nothing beats a crisp, quick and easy homemade coleslaw recipe to add to your favorite summer meal. Whip this up in no time and serve along side your favorite burgers, some fresh fruit a delicious potato salad and ice cold lemonade!
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the cabbage . Whisk until combined.
In a large bowl with an air tight lid, place cabbage. Cover cabbage with liquid. Secure bowl with lid and give it a good shake to coat evenly.
Refrigerate to set, shaking or stirring every few hours. Let sit at least 4-5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
