This Cheesy Chicken and Black Bean Quesadilla couldn't be easier.  It's great for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 chicken tenderloins cooked, shredded
  • 1/2 c. black beans rinsed
  • 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium sized skillet on medium high; spray with pam.
  2. Place one tortilla in skillet and top with cheese, chicken, and black beans. Top with other tortilla.
  3. Grill until melted, approx five minutes. Slice. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy.
