Ingredients

  • 2 c. ice
  • 1 5.3 oz. SO Delicious Vanilla Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/2 c. SILK Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 c. pineapple tibdits divided
  • 1 fresh mango divided
  • 1 tbsp. honey optional
  • 1 kiwi thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. sweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Add ice, SO Delicious Vanilla Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative, SILK Coconut Milk, 1/4 c. pineapple, 1/2 mango, and honey (optional) to your blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Divide smoothie between two bowls. Top with remaining half of pineapple tidbits, mango thinly sliced, kiwi slices, and coconut. Serve immediately.
