Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh spinach or super greens mix
  • 2 c. coconut milk unsweetened
  • 2 c. strawberries
  • 4 dates pitted
  • ¼ c. diced raw or cooked beets
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and coconut milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

If you'd like, you can add coconut whipped cream on top. *Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
