In a small bowl whisk together Tangy Mustard Sauce ingredients until smooth.
Top tortilla with a generous spread of sauce followed by cheese and turkey.
Roll tightly. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Sauce recipe makes a little over 1/2 c. You'll only use about a tbsp. or two per tortilla, reserve the rest and refrigerate for future use.
