Ingredients

  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. whole wheat
  • 1/4 c. organic cane sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. melted coconut oil

Vanilla Honey Butter

  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

For the Vanilla Honey Butter

  1. With an electric mixer, blend together all ingredients. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
