Ingredients

  • 2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts optional
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. real maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients. Mix well. 

  3. Heat syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until smooth. Add to oat mixture; toss to coat.

  4. Spread on a foil, parchment, or silicone lined baking sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes stirring after 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven & cool completely.
