Steak & Marinade Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Course Salt
  • 1 tsp Course Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Certified Angus Beef ® brand Strip Steaks

Taco Ingredients

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Avocado
  • .25 Red Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 4 tbsp Cotija Cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 Lime Slices


  1. Add all marinade ingredients to a large bowl or food storage bag and mix well to combine.

  2. Submerge steaks in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

  3. Turn your grill to High and allow grill to come to temperature for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Place your steaks on the grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes per side.

  5. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.

  6. Remove steak from grill and allow to rest for 3 minutes.

  7. While you are slicing your steak, heat tortillas on the grill until warmed and lightly charred.

  8. Assemble tacos using the fixings of your choice. Serve & Enjoy!
