Sometimes you don't need an appetizer or a snack to feed a crowd. Sometimes you just want enough for one - this 'recipe' is just that, perfect single serve portion of the yummiest meat & cheese board!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. French's Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. mustard seeds optional
  • 4 gluten free crackers or your favorite crackers
  • 4 slices salami thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. creamy cheese like Brie
  • 1/4 c. cubed cheese of your choice I used a Fontina
  • 4 baby pickles
  • 4 green olives stuffed with pimentos
  • 1/2 c. red grapes
