Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Wings
  • 3-4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4-6 medium russet potatoes
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic minces
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and heat the Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Wings according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, for the fries, pour the oil into a deep fryer or heavy saucepan to reach halfway up the sides and head to 325 degrees.

  3. While the oil is heating, peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into very thin slices (the thinner, the crispier). Cut slices into equally thin strips. Dry the potato sticks thoroughly to prevent hot oil from splattering.

  4. Fry the potatoes in batches so the pot isn't crowded and the oil temperature does not decrease. Cook until tender and lightly browned. Remove and drain on paper bags or paper towels.

  5.  Place in a serving bowl and salt while still hot, top with Parmesan and coat evenly. Add garlic and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with fresh hot Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Wings.
