  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 c. thinly sliced sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c. diced tomato
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 ripe peeled avocado chopped
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 jalapeno sliced (optional)

Instructions
