Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Udi's Gluten Free Plain Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. pie spice
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp. chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  1. Cook steel cut oats according to package directions. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt, pie spice, and honey. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
