Candy Corn Layered Smoothie

Halloween treats are often associated with lots and lots of sugar BUT they don't have to be! This smoothie is made with real fruit, no added sugar, and the perfect sippable for any spooky night of the week in October! Make this healthy candy corn inspired smoothie for the kids AND adults!

Ingredients

Vanilla layer

  • 1.5 c. Vanilla ice cream of your choice I used a dairy free ice cream

Peach layer

  • 1 c. frozen peaches
  • 1/2 c. white grape juice or any other liquid, more if needed to reach desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp. honey more if desired

Pineapple/Mango layer

  • 1/2 c. frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 c. frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 c. white grape juice or any other liquid, more if needed to reach desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp. honey more if desired

Instructions

  1. Using your high speed blender, blend ingredients for each layer separately. Layer one on top of the other, filling a third of the way for the ice cream, a third of the way for the peach layer, and finishing a third of the way with the pineapple/mango layer.
