Halloween treats are often associated with lots and lots of sugar BUT they don't have to be! This smoothie is made with real fruit, no added sugar, and the perfect sippable for any spooky night of the week in October! Make this healthy candy corn inspired smoothie for the kids AND adults!
1.5c.Vanilla ice cream of your choiceI used a dairy free ice cream
Peach layer
1c.frozen peaches
1/2c.white grape juiceor any other liquid, more if needed to reach desired consistency
1tbsp.honeymore if desired
Pineapple/Mango layer
1/2c.frozen mango chunks
1/2c.frozen pineapple
1/2c.white grape juiceor any other liquid, more if needed to reach desired consistency
1tbsp.honeymore if desired
Instructions
Using your high speed blender, blend ingredients for each layer separately. Layer one on top of the other, filling a third of the way for the ice cream, a third of the way for the peach layer, and finishing a third of the way with the pineapple/mango layer.
