Made with fresh delicious herbs - whip it up in your blender and in less than five minutes you'll have the perfect dip to pair with your favorite Alexia fries! (My flavor of choice being the Crispy Rosemary with Sea Salt & Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs). This recipe is delicious with your favorite glass of Pinot Grigio!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tbsp. tarragon
  • 2 tbsp. scallions
  • 2 tbsp. chives
  • 2 tbsp. crème fraîche
  • 1 ⁄2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small blender and blend until a smooth. Serve with your favorite Alexia Foods fries!
