  • 3 c. watermelon
  • 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice juice of 1 large lemon, or a few small ones


  1. Cut watermelon into large chunks. Run through your juicer. Add freshly-squeezed lemon to watermelon juice. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or chill immediately with ice cubes. Enjoy!
