Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 lb cooked shrimp diced
  • 1 pkg. La Terra Fina Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip
  • 1/4 c. shredded parmesan
  • Parsley garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 

  2. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray & place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup. Bake 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.

  3.  In a medium sized bowl, combine diced shrimp & La Terra Fina Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip. Fill each cup with a spoonful of dip mixture. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan. Garnish with fresh parsley.
