Mini Shrimp & Artichoke Appetizer Cups are a great party appetizer!
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray & place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup. Bake 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.
In a medium sized bowl, combine diced shrimp & La Terra Fina Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip. Fill each cup with a spoonful of dip mixture. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan. Garnish with fresh parsley.
