Whole Wheat Pizza Dough is a delicious, healthy alternative to traditional white flour pizza dough.,,
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix together dry ingredients. Slowly add water until dough is a nice texture. Knead dough if you wish. Add a tbsp of vegetable oil to kneading process to make easier.
Set aside to rest/rise while preparing other toppings and sauce.
Roll out dough onto greased pizza or cookie sheet (it will be more like a kneading process, work dough to the corners of the cookie sheet).
Top with sauce, cheese and favorite toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch carefully to be sure pizza doesn't burn. Cool for a few minutes.
