These Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites are the perfect quick dessert
Combine peanut butter and softened butter in a large bowl. Mix together until smooth. Add sugars and stir to combine. Filling should be firm enough to roll into teaspoon-sized balls. If not, add more sugar (equal parts brown/powdered) until reaching the right consistency.
Roll into small balls and sandwich between two pretzels. Freeze for a half an hour.
Melt chocolate chips and dip sandwiches halfway into melted chocolate. Return the tray to freezer to set if you will be eating them right away, otherwise store in refrigerator until ready to serve (they soften very quickly).
