Lunch doesn't get easier (or tastier) than this Turkey & Swiss Wrap! Start with a high quality tortilla, top with a few of your favorite things, slice and voila! Lunch is served!

  • 2 tbsp. light mayo
  • 1 tbsp. coarse-grain brown mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 La Tortilla Factory Non-GMO Tortillas Flour
  • 2 large green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 lb. roast turkey thinly sliced
  • 2 1/2-oz. slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 red or yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 to mato thinly sliced


  1. Combine mayo, mustard and thyme in a small bowl. 

  2. Lay tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tortillas.

  3.  Layer evenly with lettuce, turkey, cheese, bell pepper, onion and tomato. 

  4. Roll tightly and slice diagonally.
