Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
  • 2 lbs. stew beef cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 large potatoes more or less depending on preference
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 5-10 medium carrots

Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables into small pieces.   

  2. Prepare stew beef according to directions on McCormick Seasoning mix. 

  3. Once beef is brought to a boil with seasoning mix, transfer to a crock pot and add vegetables.

  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

  5. Thicken stew with additional flour, depending on preference.
