Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter divided
  • 1 onion minced
  • 3 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 6 c. heavy cream
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. garam masala
  • 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tsp. cumin
  • 3 tsp. turmeric
  • 3 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together into a crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours. Transfer to a serving platter, serve with basmati rice, garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
