These Cashew Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps are a healthy twist on the traditional chicken salad. Ditch the bread, throw it in a lettuce wrap and you've got a tasty low-carb low-calorie meal!

  • 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken cooked
  • 1 c. green grapes halved
  • 1/2 c. cashews roughly chopped
  • 1/4 c. craisins
  • 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce of choice I used butter leaf lettuce


  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce.

  2. Mix well to combine.

  3. Divide evenly between six lettuce leaves.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until read to eat.
