Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Rhodes frozen dinner rolls regular, not Texas rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter melted

Glaze

  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together your cinnamon & sugar. Form the center of the flower into a ball. Dip into melted butter followed by cinnamon sugar.

  2. Place onto a greased or silicone mat lined cookie sheet. Repeat and follow with eight petals placed around the center side-by-side.

  3. Repeat and follow with eight petals placed around the center side-by-side. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

For the glaze

  1. Combine powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla and mix well. Using a fork, drizzle glaze over the flower. If glaze isn’t quite the right consistency for you, simply add more sugar or more milk.

Recipe Notes

You can use the leftover glaze as a dipping sauce. It's delightful!
