Who would have ever thought to pair candy bars and apples with cool whip and pudding? Trust me - this Candy Bar Caramel Apple Salad is sensational!
Whisk vanilla pudding packet and milk together until well combined. Fold in cool whip; making sure it is evenly incorporated.
Chop up apples and candy bars into bite size pieces. Stir chopped apples, candy bar pieces, and nut topping into pudding mixture.
Place in a large bowl and drizzle with caramel ice cream topping. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving (preferably).
To keep my apples from browning, I tossed them with lemon juice before adding to the pudding mixture.
