Keto Friendly Lemonade

This keto friendly lemonade is made of five all-natural ingredients and refined sugar-free. A perfect thirst-quenching refresher that's completely guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Tsp Erythritol
  • 0.25 Tsp Liquid Stevia I prefer NOW Better Stevia Liquid
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a quart size (32 ounce) mason jar, cover with a lid, and shake well.

  2. For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. It adds a surprisingly nice touch.

Want to make a large batch of Lemonade Concentrate all at once?

 

I've got you covered! In fact, this is my preferred way to do it since I usually want several jars of lemonade a week & want to eliminate as much hassle as possible. In the past we've lined up six to eight quart-sized mason jars and made batches in bulk that way. The problem is that it took up too much space in the fridge.

 

To make enough concentrate for around ten 1-quart servings of lemonade, add the following ingredients to a 1-quart mason jar:

 

1.25 Cup Lemon Juice
1.25 Cup Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. NOW Better Liquid Stevia
10 Tsp. Erythritol Powder

 

Simply add 1/3 Cup of concentrate to a quart size mason jar, fill the remainder of the jar with water, and stir.
