  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. concord grape juice
  • 2 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1-2 c. ice


  1. Add grape juice to the blender first.

  2. Add yogurt and grapes.

  3. Finally, add the ice last.

  4. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
