Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • c. milk
  • ½ c. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. In your blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Grease the waffle maker and cook waffles according to the waffle maker's instructions. Serve immediately.
