These Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Flapjacks are ready in an instant and taste amazing.
Mix together water and mix. Pour 1/4 c. batter on a preheated, lightly oiled griddle set at 375 F, or on a skillet set at medium.
Flip flapjacks after bubbles stop forming and bottom side is golden brown. Cook opposite side until golden brown.
My favorite way to enjoy these pancakes are with a tsp of coconut oil lightly spread instead of butter and 1/8 c. real maple syrup. Served with 2 fried or scrambled eggs it's a complete breakfast!
For thicker pancakes, add less water and add more water for thinner pancakes.
