The flavors in this Blackberry, Bacon & Egg Salad marry so well together you'll want this every day for lunch! Deliciously tart blackberries, salty bacon and a to-die-for vinaigrette!
In a bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, blackberries, radish, bacon, egg, walnuts, and cheese.
In a small jar, combine the oil, grease, syrup, mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and shake well.
Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette. Toss well.
The dressing will make approx. 4-6 servings and will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. When ready to use, bring to room temperature or warm on the stove or in the microwave. Shake well before using.
