Ingredients

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Organic Season Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Organic Onion Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Organic Garlic Salt
  • 2 c. cooked cauliflower rice
  • 6 c. romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to mato Diced
  • 1 avocado Diced
  • 1 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • Cilantro to Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a small saucepan on medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil and heat until warmed.  

  2. Add chicken breast and season with Redmond Real Salt Organic Season, Onion & Garlic Salt. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degreesF.

  3. Evenly divide and layer the ingredients into two different bowls in the order listed above. Top with a greek yogurt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
