Ingredients

  • 1 c. pistachio milk
  • 1/2 c. spinach
  • 1/2 c. chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c. green apple chopped
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small handful fresh mint
  • 1 c. ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Pistachio milk is simple to make, I followed the instructions here: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipe/homemade-pistachio-milk. My suggestion would be to make in advance and refrigerate before making smoothie to have a chilled smoothie rather than room temperature.
