Breakfast Brats

Looking for a creative way to have your breakfast? This is my new favorite! It's got all of my favorite flavors packed together and (not that it needs to be) is SO portable! Try this fun twist and see how quickly you fall in love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Johnsonville Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Sausage Brats
  • 5 hot dog buns
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 med. red potato finely cubed
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon chopped
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sliced scallions optional

Instructions

  1. Using Susage Grill or skillet, grill Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Sausage Brats until completely cooked.

  2. Meanwhile on a griddle, grill hot dog buns until golden brown. Fry cubed potatoes and Canadian bacon until crispy. On the same griddle cook eggs sunny side up.

  3. When brats are done add a brat to each bun and top with cheese, potatoes, Canadian bacon and eggs. Sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
