Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 c. raw almonds soaked overnight
  • 4 c. water
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. On high speed, blend for 50 seconds.  

  2. Strain liquid through a nut milk bag into a large bowl. Squeeze as much of the milk out as you can. Reserve pulp to use in other recipes or discard.

  3. Transfer milk to carafe, mason jar, or airtight jar. Store in refrigerator up to one week.
