1c.unsweetened shredded coconut
4c.water

¼tsp.Salt
Instructions
On high speed, blend all ingredients for 50 seconds.
Strain liquid through a nut milk bag into a large bowl. Squeeze as much of the milk out as you can. Transfer milk to carafe, mason jar, or airtight jar.
Store in refrigerator up to one week.
