Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. NEW Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
  • 1 c. shelled pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut shredded
  • 1/4 c. tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients (everything but the honey). Add honey and mix until evenly combined. 

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 

  3. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to shape it into your desired size of energy balls.
