Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes scrubbed and sliced about 1/8 inch thick
  • Enough frying oil to cook chips in
  • 1 teaspoon Real Salt Kosher Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice sweet potatoes using a mandolin style slicer. Add slices to frying pan once oil has been heated to 350-375 F.

  2. Fry chips for 15-30 seconds, then flip and fry for 15-30 additional seconds and then remove from oil and place chips on a paper towel to drain and cool. 

  3. Immediately add salt to the chips as they are cooling on the paper towel.
