Cheesecake Fondue

If you like fondue, and you like cheesecake, you are going to LOVE this cheesecake fondue. Perfect with any of your favorite dippers. Have this special treat for your next holiday!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine cream cheese and marshmallow cream. Cook; whisking constantly until melted. Watch carefully to avoid scorching.

  2. Slowly add milk, 1 tbsp. at a time, stirring well to combine. Stir in lemon juice, mix well.

  3. Remove from heat and transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame.
