These Italian Sausage Tin Foil Dinners can double as an at-home dinner AND a camping dinner! Simple to make, flavorful, and ready in 30 minutes. Perfection!

Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausage links uncooked
  • 8 red potatoes washed
  • 1 cup fresh green beans ends cut
  • olive oil
  • fennel salt or other salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing your potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Create four rectangles of heavy duty foil. Fold up the sides creating a 1 inch rim. Spray your containers with cooking spray and divide the potatoes between them evenly.

  2. Top with the sausage links and green beans. You can slice the sausage beforehand or you can leave it whole.

  3. Lightly drizzle your meal with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Fold up the sides to create your packet.

  4. OUTDOOR COOKING: Place your packets onto prepared coals. Cook for 30 minutes making sure to turn a few times.

  5. AT HOME COOKING: Bake at 415 degrees for 30 minutes
